Purchase, lease or use council property

You will need to submit a plan with your application, so that the property concerned required can be identified.

There will be a non-refundable fee to process the application.

• £150 for purchase/lease applications
• £75 for temporary licenses
• £50 for easements

Once your application has been reviewed, there will be an additional license fee, depending on the size of the area.

What will happen once I have sent in my application?

Your application will be passed to a surveyor working in the Economy & Assets Team, who will consult with the relevant Council departments.
