5. Bench relocation and removal or replacement
In very rare occurrences, a bench may have to be moved for operational reasons. It is important to note that you should ideally keep your contact details up-to-date with us, to ensure we can make contact should the need arise. Out of courtesy, we will do our best to contact you before taking any action. Owing that we can contact you, we will relocate the bench to a spot from whatever range of options we can offer, of your choosing. The bench may otherwise be moved to a location we deem suitable.
If a bench is deemed unsafe, it will need to be removed. In most instances we don't make repairs to benches. You will be informed of this where possible and in that case, will have first option on purchasing a replacement bench.
