Warm Home: Local Grant Scheme

The Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme is a government funded scheme to reduce the energy bills of low-income households living in poorly performing homes.

This scheme is due to start in April 2025 and set to run for 3-5 years.

This scheme is open to households who have a low income (as defined by the scheme) and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of D or below.
