4. Appeal the decision to refuse to grant or renew your licence
Under Section 24 of the regulations an operator who is aggrieved by the decision to refuse to grant or renew their licence or their licence is revoked or varied without their permission may appeal to the First-tier Tribunal.
The appeal must be made within 28 days beginning from the day following the date of the decision.
