8. Collection staff
Collections are made by ReFurnish, a charitable organisation that may resell the items they collect if they are suitable.
Collection staff always wear uniform and carry ID.
Please ask for proof of identity before allowing staff onto your property to collect your bulky waste.
Collections from inside your property - NOT AVAILABLE DURING COVID-19
- Collections are made between 9am and 5pm and no specific collection time can be given. Items that are to be collected from inside your house need to be available between these times on collection day.
- You will be asked to sign a disclaimer if items are to be collected from inside your property.
- This disclaimer allows our contractor to enter your property to make collection with no liability for loss or damage to your property howsoever caused.
