Report a missed bin or box

We currently have delays to a number of our collection rounds. You do not need to report your bin as missed if your whole street is awaiting collection, plans will be in place to return as soon as possible

My bin hasn't been collected

If we have missed your waste, recycling, food waste or garden waste collection please let us know within 48 hours of the collection date.

You will not be able to report your bin as missed if the crew have not finished working in your area yet - this could be up until 4pm.

Before you report your collection as missed, please check if:

• your containers were out on the right day
• your containers were out by 6am and in the correct place
• the correct waste was in the containers 

Please note start times are now from 6am, we have staggered start times to allow our crews to socially distance at our depot. We recommend placing your bins and boxes out the night before your scheduled collection.

Do not use this form if your whole street has been missed.  Arrangements will be in place to return. 

Only use this form if you have been overlooked and your neighbours bins have been collected.
